Our Policies

We want you to be thrilled with your purchases from The Jewish Kitchen and look forward to having you shop with us for years to come. Please familiarize yourself with our Returns and Exchanges policies so that we may serve you to the best of our ability.

Returns

We will happily refund your unused, undamaged purchase within 30 days of purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can return your unused item in two ways:

1) Use the return shipping label that was sent with your item(s) and return the items to us, or; 

2) Log in to www.shopthejewishkitchen.com/a/returns

Enter your order number and email and complete an online return. You will be able to print a return label and mail your item(s) directly to us. Choose whether or not you want a store credit or refund, and we will issue it to you within 7 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Products with obvious signs of use;

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected or your online request received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will processed within 7 business and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@thejewishkitchen.com and we will follow up.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If any items arrive damaged or not the right size that you need, we will replace them for you, provided they are returned in unused condition and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.  Please request this exchange by logging in to https://shopthejewishkitchen.com/a/returns

Once we receive your item, we will ship out the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost within 5 business days.

Gifts

If you receive a gift from someone from our store that you wish to return to us and the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can return it to use for a gift certificate/credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
