How Do I Place an Order?

Select the items you wish to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. Once you enter your desired shipping method and address and complete your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and order number, indicating that your order has been received. As soon as your order ships (usually within 2 days of placing your order) you will receive tracking information so you can track information.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club) as well as JCB, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, Elo, and ShopPay).

Is it Safe to Use a Credit Card?

Absolutely! Our payments are secured via Shopify's Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud.

How Are Orders Fulfilled?

Once your order is received, we will process it within 2 business days. If for some reason, we are out of stock, we will email you with the option of a replacement item or will attempt to get the item for you (and will notify you of any delay). Then your item will be carefully packaged and sent to you per your desired shipping service.

What Do I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?

We will do our very best to make sure that all items (particularly fine crystal and anything that is delicate or breakable) is packed securely so that it is not damaged while shipping.  However, should something arrived that is damaged or not to your liking, please follow these simple steps to return your item and we will process it when we receive it back from you.
